The Email system is now stable and operating normally. No issues have come up on email delivery since this weekend. There is no action necessary at this time.

Most emails have fully caught up, however the incident will remain open until we get confirmation from our external vendor that all issues are resolved. If you are still impacted, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update on progress as the situation is resolved.

Our email server continues to work through a backlog of processes so you may continue to see delays in receiving password reset emails or template emails. We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated on progress as the situation is resolved.
